1 How old were you when you took your first yoga lesson? 24 2 What is your prefered yoga style? Vinyasa & restorative (please don’t make me choose!) 3 Who is your yoga crush? Adriene Mishler (@adrienelouise) for so so many reasons! 4 What is your all-time favourite yoga pose? Humble warrior (baddha virabhadrasana) 5 What obstacles has yoga helped you overcome? A lot of obstacles, but the most important one is that before a regular practice I was the most impatient person I know… Yoga has helped me slow down, take my time and enjoy the journey instead of merely racing to the destination 6 What is your favourite quote? An arrow can only be shot forward by pulling it backward. So when you feel life is dragging you back, it means it’s going to launch you forward in to something great. Just focus and keep aiming. 7 What is your favourite time to practise yoga? Really any time I can make it to my mat, I always have one rolled out. I try to step on every morning before anything else, but I will also get on in the middle of the day to shake of the day so far. And bed time yoga… come on, it’s amazing 😀 8 What is your favourite yoga Instagram page? @adrienelouise shares my favorite spot with @lizzie.lasater Her combination of beautiful pictures, inspirational texts and humor is great 9 What was your most powerful yoga moment? The first time after 4 years with 5 wrist surgeries I was able to hold a pain free side plank. We weren’t sure if I’d ever get there again, but yoga was the perfect path for me to find my strength and regular practice made it happen. I was so happy I cried and send messages and pictures to my surgeon and yoga-teacher 😀 10 What’s your hidden talent? I don’t have that much hidden! But I’m a pretty good gamer 😀 11 What was the last gift you gave yourself? Milk and Honey by @rupikaur 12 Do you have a favourite yoga accessory (mat, clothing line) or book?
